Which countries does Self Kaer ship to?
We currently ship within Switzerland and to Liechtenstein directly from our main warehouse in Cham, ZG and from a smaller warehouse in Zurich. As we ship all orders ourselves and do not work with dropshipping, we take care of all customs costs and formalities for you.
When will I receive my order?
We ship all orders from our warehouse in Cham, ZG or Zurich. As a rule, your parcel will reach you within 2-4 working days. You will receive a confirmation with a tracking link after dispatch.
How high are the shipping costs and when is shipping free?
The shipping costs within Switzerland are CHF 7.00. From an order value of CHF 70, shipping is free of charge. The exact shipping costs will be clearly displayed again during the ordering process before you complete your order.
Can I return products?
Yes, you can return unused products to us within 14 days of receiving the goods. It is important that the items are in mint condition and, if possible, in their original packaging. Please register your return in advance at info@selfkaer.com. You are responsible for the return costs, unless the goods have arrived damaged or faulty. As soon as we have received and checked your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days to the original means of payment used. This also applies to personalized items.
