Shipping Terms

1. Shipping Costs

We offer shipping within Switzerland. Shipping costs are calculated as follows:

• Standard Shipping: CHF 7.00
• Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders of CHF 70 or more.

Shipping costs are clearly shown during the checkout process and displayed on the order summary before you complete your order.

2. Delivery Times

Delivery usually takes 2–4 business days after we receive your order. If there are any delays, we’ll notify you in a timely manner via email.

Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays or holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Provider

Our products are shipped via Swiss Post. As soon as your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation via email that includes a tracking number. You can use this to track the status of your package online at any time.

4. Shipping Restrictions

We currently offer shipping only within Switzerland. International shipping is not available at this time. We are working on offering international deliveries in the future.

5. Shipping to Packstations

Delivery to package stations or post office boxes is not currently possible. Please provide a valid residential or business address.

6. Undeliverable Packages

If a delivery cannot be made due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by you, we reserve the right to charge you for the return shipping costs incurred.

7. Damaged Goods

If the goods were damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at , info@selfkaer.com, or so that we can find a solution and, if necessary, provide a replacement.

8. Shipping Times for Special Orders

Delivery times may be longer for personalized or custom-made products. In such cases, you will be informed of the estimated delivery time during the ordering process or via email.
