Shipping conditions

1. shipping costs

We offer shipping within Switzerland. The shipping costs are calculated as follows:

• Standard shipping: CHF 7.00
• Free shipping: We offer free shipping for orders over CHF 70.

The shipping costs are clearly shown in the order process and displayed on the order overview before you complete your order.

2. delivery times

The delivery time is usually 2-4 working days after receipt of the order. Should there be any delays, we will inform you in good time by e-mail.

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. Orders placed at the weekend or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. shipping service provider

Our products are shipped by Swiss Post. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation by e-mail containing a tracking number. This allows you to track the status of your parcel online at any time.

4. shipping restrictions

We currently only offer shipping within Switzerland. Shipping abroad is currently not available. We are working on being able to offer international deliveries in the future.

5. shipping to packing stations

Delivery to packing stations or post office boxes is currently not possible. Please enter a valid home or business address.

6. undeliverable parcels

If a delivery cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by you, we reserve the right to charge you for the return costs incurred.

7 Damaged goods

If the goods have been damaged during transportation, please contact us immediately at info@selfkaer.com so that we can find a solution and provide a replacement if necessary.

8. shipping time for special orders

The delivery time for personalized or custom-made products may take longer. In such cases, you will be informed of the expected delivery time during the ordering process or by e-mail.
