Right of return and right of withdrawal

1. right of withdrawal

As there is no statutory right of withdrawal in Switzerland, we voluntarily offer our Self Kaer customers the option of withdrawing from the contract within 14 days. The period begins on the day on which you or a person nominated by you take delivery of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Self Kaer GmbH, Bahnhofstrasse 2, 6330 Cham, Switzerland, E-Mail: info@selfkaer.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by e-mail or post).

2. right of return

We offer you the opportunity to return products within 14 days of receipt of the goods. To arrange a return, please contact us at info@selfkaer.com. The products must be unused and in mint condition and returned in their original packaging.

You are responsible for the return costs, unless the goods were damaged or faulty. Please send the returns to:

As soon as we have received the return shipment and checked the goods, we will refund the purchase amount to the payment method you used within 14 days.

3. exclusion from the right of withdrawal and return

The right of withdrawal and return does not apply to the following items:

• Products that are sealed for hygienic or health reasons and whose seal has been removed after delivery.
• Custom-made or personalized products.
• Services that have already been provided in full.

4. processing of the return

Please return the goods to us in full. Products must be in their original packaging and in unused condition in order to receive a refund. Once we have received the returned goods, we will check the condition of the items. Refunds will be made within 14 days to the original method of payment used.
