Return Policy and Right of Withdrawal

1. Right of Withdrawal

Since there is no legally mandated right of withdrawal in Switzerland, we at Self Kaer voluntarily offer our customers the option to withdraw from the contract within 14 days. The period begins on the day you or a person designated by you receives the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us (Self Kaer AG, Bahnhofstrasse 2, 6330 Cham, Switzerland, email: info@selfkaer.com) of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by email or mail).

2. Return Policy

We offer you the option to return products within 14 days of receiving the goods. To arrange a return, please contact us at info@selfkaer.com. The products must be unused, in like-new condition, and returned in their original packaging.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the merchandise was damaged or defective. Please send returns to:

As soon as we receive the return and have inspected the merchandise, we will refund the purchase amount to the payment method you used within 14 days.

3. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal and Return

The right of withdrawal and return does not apply to the following items:

• Products that are sealed for hygienic or health reasons and whose seal has been removed after delivery.
• Custom-made or personalized products.
• Services that have already been fully rendered.

4. Return Process

Please return the goods to us in their entirety. Products must be in their original packaging and unused to qualify for a refund. Once we have received the returned goods, we will inspect the condition of the items. The refund will be issued within 14 days to the original payment method used.
