A regenerating 15-minute mask for skin that needs a break after sun, heat or a long day in the city.

Tomato skin and grape seed oil provide antioxidants - helping the skin to deal with the free radicals left behind by UV radiation and environmental pollution. Aloe vera, cucumber extract and zinc oxide have a calming effect and take away redness and tightness. Shea butter and glycerine provide moisture, while hyaluronic acid binds it in the upper layers of the skin. The texture is creamy but not completely absorbed - it remains on the skin while it is applied.

Anwendung

Apply to cleansed, dry facial skin. Avoid the eye and mouth area. Leave on for 15 minutes - the mask is not completely absorbed, this is intentional. Then remove with lukewarm water or wipe off any residue with a soft cloth.

Use once or twice a week, or specifically after a day in the sun, heat or city air. In case of acute irritation or open spots on the skin, allow to subside first.

LeRub was founded in Antwerp in 2022 by siblings Kim and Raf Maes - out of a concrete frustration: they had tried all the sun protection products on the market and couldn't find a single one that felt good and provided honest protection. So they made their own. As a former make-up artist and Head of R&D, Kim is responsible for the formulations, while Raf is the brand builder and manages the brand. Made in Italy with Mediterranean ingredients.

Lycopene from Italian tomato skin Extracted from the skins of Italian tomatoes. Rich in lycopene, a powerful antioxidant that helps the skin to deal with UV-induced oxidative stress.

Grape seed oil Rich in linoleic acid (omega-6) and vitamin E. The fatty acids support the lipid layer of the skin, vitamin E has an antioxidant effect and helps the skin to intercept free radicals from the environment and UV radiation.

Cucumber extract Cools slightly and soothes irritated skin. Contains vitamin C and silica, which help to reduce redness and the feeling of tightness after sun exposure.

Aloe vera Light moisturizer with a cooling effect. Soothes irritated skin and retains moisture without weighing the skin down.

FAQ’S

Can I leave the mask on overnight?

Yes, this is even the recommended application for intensive recovery - simply wash it off in the morning.

Does the mask contain fragrances?

No, the formula is completely fragrance-free.

What should I use afterwards?

After the mask, the skin is more receptive than usual - serums or care products are now absorbed particularly well. For dry skin: a light cream or facial oil. For oily skin: a hyaluronic serum is sufficient. Do not use active ingredients such as retinol or acids until the next day so that the skin has time to regenerate.
