As scalp care (pre-wash treatment):

Divide your hair into equal sections and massage a few drops of the oil into your scalp.Leave it on for 20 to 60 minutes before washing it out with shampoo and conditioner. For more intensive care, you can also leave it on for a few hours or overnight. Recommended use 1-3 times per week.

As hair oil for the lengths & ends:

Work 1-4 drops into the ends of your hair to smooth frizz and add natural shine. Start with a small amount and adjust as needed. Use on both damp and dry hair.
