FAQ’S

The anti-stress gummies contain caffeine. Doesn't that make them more stimulating than relaxing?

According to the brand, natural theanine was deliberately used. As theanine occurs naturally in green tea, a green tea extract is used in the formula. A tea was chosen that is rich in theanine, but without caffeine. The amount of caffeine contained in the product is 0.38 mg per 2 gummies. This amount is very low and is said to have no stimulating effect. For comparison: a cup of tea provides approx. 50 mg Caffeine, one cup of coffee approx. 100 mg.

Are there any contraindications?

The gummies contain a small amount of caffeine (0.38 mg per 2 gummies) and an essential oil (sweet orange). Even though these ingredients are of natural origin, they require special care for sensitive groups of people, according to the brand. The gummies are therefore not recommended for Persons under the age of 18, Pregnant and breastfeeding women and People with caffeine sensitivityAlso not recommended for Stomach/duodenal ulcer, Heart diseases (arrhythmia, high blood pressure) or HyperthyroidismIn addition, a daily EGCG intake of 800 mg must not be exceeded (the product contains 0.02 mg EGCG per daily dose of 2 Gummies). Not according to the brand sober take, not over longer periods and do not consume on the same day as other products containing green tea.

What replaces the sugar in the gummies?

According to the brand, the glucose syrup was replaced by Maltitol replaces. Maltitol is a natural ingredient from corn, replaces sugar in the same proportions and ensures the right consistency so that the gummies remain soft and chewy.
