Pre-wash: True Enlightenment Scrub - Massage into damp scalp 1-2 times a week, leave on briefly and rinse out before shampooing.

Wash: Hair Renew Hairbath - Massage onto damp scalp, leave on briefly and rinse thoroughly.

Care: Hair Renew Conditioner - Work into the lengths, leave on for 2-3 minutes, rinse out.

Daily Care: Hair Renew Scalp Oil - Apply to the scalp after washing and massage in. Do not rinse out.
